The client is currently hiring for Market Development Manager for its newly launched Software and Solutions. Reporting to Sales Director, SEA, this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies of a specific product category aimed at ensuring the effective promotion and distribution of products to ensure the Annual Commitment Plan (revenue, earnings and market share) goals are achieved.

Responsibilities

·         Identify and generate new revenue opportunities in new and existing segments across ASEAN region
·         Develop long term strategic and short term tactical business plans for Software and Solutions Portfolio
·         Work closely with the Product Teams on regional assessment, validation, and deployment of new product initiatives
·         Foster strong business relationships by delivering to Distributors, Resellers and End Users
·         Provide input to the business by contributing to decisions on special pricing, and in conjunction with the Cluster Channel Managers
·         Liaise with marketing and service via sales calls and regular planning meetings to obtain feedback on product performance to address product performance gaps and customer issues and identify
·         opportunities


Requirements

·         5-7+ years of experience in Software and Solutions Sales, with focus on Enterprise Content Management and Document Workflow sectors
·         Proven sales track record in selling large scale Enterprise Sales across various verticals
·         Demonstrated approach to value based solutions selling using underlying sales methodology
·         Solid experience managing channel relationships and building partner alliances across ASEAN
·         Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to manage complex problems
·         Sound negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders including internal and external customers, suppliers, and agencies
