The initial drive will be for candidates that have at least 6 months prior recruitment experience and that can work as as consultant within one of specialist divisions - Banking & Finance, Industrial or sales and marketing

Experienced Recruitment Consultant


Your role as Recruitment Consultant is to work with both clients and candidates to find a successful match.  You will deliver best-practice tailored recruitment processes to ensure both client and candidate needs are met.

You will develop partnerships to achieve your revenue targets and customer service objectives.  You will be responsible for growing your individual portfolio and knowledge of your market sector to ensure clients and candidates benefit from a specialist recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities include:

ü  Identifying new business opportunities and taking action to develop strategic relationships with business partners and other stakeholders to meet business goals and targets
ü  Using sales techniques to build customer relationships, identify needs, qualify opportunities and position offerings against needs to win profitable business.
ü  Providing industry expertise and market knowledge to develop positive business relationships to maintain a high customer focus and public relations profile
ü  Attracting and sourcing candidates by way of media advertising, networking, headhunting and through referrals.
ü  Selecting candidates through comprehensive, screening, interviewing and assessing to match skills, knowledge, experience, attitude, aptitude and motivation in various positions across specialist area.
ü  Managing the selection process from job brief, assessment, reference checking through to offer, whilst ensuring open lines of communications are kept throughout the process.
ü  Managing the job offer process, negotiating salary packages and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.  Offer advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels (pay rates), training requirements and career progression.
ü  Achieving and monitoring clearly defined compliance objectives and sales targets.  Planning activities to accomplish tasks by effectively managing time and monitoring performance against outcomes.
ü  Representing our Client at related industry functions ensuring a high public relations profile is maintained at industry and professional levels

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

ü  Sound experience as a Recruitment Consultant OR previous experience working within a sales or service delivery environment
ü  Ability to listen to clients needs, provide solutions and execute service orientated strategies.
ü  Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
ü  Capacity to forge strong relationships with a diverse range of people
ü  Goal orientated and motivated by excellent service delivery to clients and candidates.
ü  Intermediate organisation and administrative skills coupled with computer literacy and database management
ü  Demonstrated integrity, judgement and ethics relating to customer dealings.
